1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume seasons (such as Black Friday or the December holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties

Zunzunceto ships to most countries worldwide. However, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

Zunzunceto is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations regarding shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address falls into this category, we will contact you via email to arrange an alternative delivery method if necessary.1

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses2

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Zunzunceto is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at zunzunceto@gmail.com.

 

7. Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
